1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using Synthium ("the app"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of the service
Synthium is a casual game about combining elements (from real atoms to objects), requiring no internet connection to play except to show ads or process the optional purchase described below. No account or registration required.
3. License to use
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the app on your own devices, for personal, non-commercial use only.
4. In-app purchases
The app offers one optional one-time purchase, "Remove ads", handled entirely by Google Play Billing. It is a one-time purchase (not a subscription): it permanently removes the full-screen ad on that device/Google account. Refunds are governed by Google Play's own policy, not directly by us — see Google Play's refund policy.
The app also offers optional "rewarded" ads (watch a short ad in exchange for an extra hint) — always opt-in, never required to play or progress.
5. User conduct
By using the app, you agree not to attempt to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app except as permitted by law.
- Interfere with the normal operation of the app or the third-party services it uses.
- Use the app for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property
All content in the app (design, code, text, artwork, the "Synthium" name and brand) is the property of Saurian Foundry or its licensors, unless stated otherwise. This license does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (without limitation) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or absence of errors. We do not guarantee that the app will run uninterrupted or be free of bugs.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saurian Foundry will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
9. Termination
You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time; if you already purchased "Remove ads", that purchase already made is not affected by any future discontinuation of the app.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If the change is significant, notice will be given inside the app itself. Continued use of the app after the change implies acceptance of it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any rights that consumer protection regulations in your country of residence may grant you on a mandatory basis.
