Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using any Saurian Foundry app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Which apps this applies to
These are the studio's general terms. They apply to:
- Synthium: see also its app-specific page, which adds the description of the service and the detail of its ads on top of what's already described here.
Games we publish later will be added to this list. If an app doesn't have its own page linked here, these general terms apply to it directly.
3. License to use
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use our apps on your own devices, for personal, non-commercial use only. We may revoke this license if you breach these terms.
4. In-app purchases
When one of our apps offers purchases, they are optional one-time purchases (never subscriptions), handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your card details. Refunds are governed by Google Play's own policy, not directly by us: see Google Play's refund policy. The exact purchase each app offers, if any, is described on its own page.
5. User conduct
By using our apps, you agree not to attempt to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app except as permitted by law.
- Interfere with the normal operation of the app or the third-party services it uses.
- Use the app for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property
All content in our apps (design, code, text, artwork, names and brands such as "Synthium") is the property of Saurian Foundry or its licensors, unless stated otherwise. This license does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Our apps are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (without limitation) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or absence of errors. We do not guarantee that they will run uninterrupted or be free of bugs.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saurian Foundry will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our apps.
9. Termination
You may stop using any of our apps and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or discontinue an app or any of its features at any time. If you already made a purchase, we will try to ensure that any future discontinuation of the app does not affect it, within what Google Play's policies on refunds and purchases allow.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If the change is significant, notice will be given inside the affected apps. Continued use of an app after the change implies acceptance of it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any rights that consumer protection regulations in your country of residence may grant you on a mandatory basis.
