Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 22, 2026 · Applies to every app published by Saurian Foundry, unless the app has its own more specific privacy page (linked below).
1. Data controller
Saurian Foundry (independent development studio, currently operated by Francesc Xavier
Bullich Parra as a natural person) is responsible for the data processing described in this
policy, for every app it publishes.

2. Which apps this applies to
This is the studio's general policy. It applies to:
- Synthium: see also its app-specific page, which adds the details particular to that app (what it stores locally, what each ad is used for) on top of what's already described here.
- Soldoku: see also its app-specific page, which adds the details particular to that app (what it stores locally, what each ad is used for) on top of what's already described here.
Games we publish later will be added to this list. If an app doesn't have its own page linked here, this general policy applies to it directly.
3. What information our apps collect directly
Saurian Foundry does not directly collect personal data through servers of our own, nor does it maintain user accounts: our apps do not require registration and have no user account of their own. All your game progress is stored only in your device's local storage. If your Android system has automatic backup enabled, that local progress may be included in it and restored when reinstalling the app or switching devices with the same Google account, so don't assume uninstalling the app always erases that progress completely. Certain providers integrated into the apps (see section 4) may process usage and device data depending on the features used. If a specific app stores or processes anything beyond this, it's stated on its own privacy page linked above.
4. Data collected by integrated third-party services
Depending on the app, our games use some or all of the following Google services (not every app uses all three, the app-specific page, if it has one, states exactly which apply). Each one operates under its own privacy policy:

About Google Play Games Services specifically: connecting your account is a voluntary action from Settings, never automatic or required to play. Once connected, it is Google that processes your Play Games account identifier and your achievement/leaderboard progress, under its own privacy policy, not us: Saurian Foundry does not create any account of its own or store that data on servers of ours, the app only uses it on-device to show you your achievements. If you disconnect your account from Settings, the app stops communicating with Play Games Services; your local game progress is not affected, and management of what was already sent to your Google account (achievements, scores) is up to Google, not us.

5. We don't sell your data
- We don't sell your data to anyone.
- We don't use it to build our own marketing databases, nor share it with advertising partners unrelated to the services already listed above.
- The technology providers integrated into the app (the Google services in section 4) may receive and process the data they need to provide their own service (showing ads, processing a purchase, saving achievements), under their own privacy policy, not under our instructions for our own marketing purposes.
6. Ad consent (EEA/UK/Switzerland)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app will ask for your consent before certain advertising-related data processing (not just personalized ads, also other uses related to advertising and storing information on your device where applicable), through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), certified with the Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF). You can choose non-personalized ads from that first notice.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time afterwards: inside the app, go to Settings → Privacy preferences. It will show you the same notice again so you can choose again.
7. Children
Our apps are not specifically designed for children under 13. That doesn't mean they can't be appealing to minors: a casual game, even if not aimed at them, can perfectly well be used by minors too. Any processing of minors' data that may occur through ads is governed by the audience settings and content rating we declare for each app on Google Play, and by Google's own policies on the matter. If any of our apps falls within the scope of Google Play's Families policies, we apply the additional measures that classification requires.
8. Your rights
Since we don't store personal data on servers of our own, most of your rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection) are exercised directly over the data managed by Google:

9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a relevant way, the date above will be updated and, if the change is significant, a notice will be shown inside the affected apps.
