1. Data controller
Saurian Foundry (independent development studio, currently operated by Francesc Xavier
Bullich Parra as a natural person) is responsible for the data processing described in this
policy.

2. What information the app collects directly
None. Synthium does not require registration, has no user account, and does not send your game progress to any server of ours — we do not have a server of our own. All your progress (elements discovered, settings, Daily Challenge stats) is stored only in your device's local storage and is deleted if you uninstall the app.
3. Data collected by integrated third-party services
The app uses the following Google services, each under its own privacy policy:

4. Personalized ads and consent (EU/UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app will ask for your consent before showing personalized ads, through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can choose non-personalized ads or withdraw your consent later from that same notice the next time it is shown.
5. Children
Synthium is not specifically directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from minors beyond what Google's own advertising services may process according to their own declared audience settings on Google Play.
6. Your rights
Since we don't store personal data on servers of our own, most of your rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection) are exercised directly over the data managed by Google:
